Kane Selection are not only experts in finding hidden talent, we’re a collection of individuals who share the same values and work to the same goals.
Our mission is and has always been a simple one, to make a positive and lasting impact within every interaction and engagement, helping our clients achieve their strategic goals one placement at a time.
We work in partnership with our customers, to shared goals, focusing on needs and offering a consistently high quality of service and talent. Our proactive, consultative approach guarantees that we deliver results that not only meet but exceed expectations.
For over a decade, our placements have consistently delivered positive results for our clients. We do this by carefully matching candidates to the specific needs of each hiring business. Our honest and open communication throughout the process ensures everyone is clear on expectations and progress.

We are not a jack of all trades. We are industry specific and focussed on being the very best in that industry. We do that through two key areas:
Knowledge. Our industries are consistently changing, advancing. We keep ourselves at the sharp end of that change, giving us the ability to advise and support our partners to keep them ahead of their competition
Network. With industry change comes new skillset requirements, our expansive network is both established and current. We have access to the best talent in our specialist industries, meaning we can deliver with quality, accuracy and speed. We use our experience and knowledge to find the detail between the profile and the person to make sure the match is more than just skillset.
We work to plain speaking, specific communications. If we can’t do a job, we will let you know. If a role is not for you, we will let you know. We give candid feedback to all partners and candidates to ensure everyone knows where they stand because we know it’s important.
We also know how frustrating it is to be waiting for a response. We believe in regular, consistent communication. So much so, we have a 24hr response window to all our communications.
It’s a tough world out there, if we can make it a little bit friendlier, we will try, and for you to shine, we need you to feel comfortable and confident. We also understand career changes are major life events that will also affect those around you. We like to make sure the role is right for all of you.
We believe that making a positive and lasting impact doesn’t have to be reserved to our working life. We believe it’s a privilege to be able to give back, and to be able to give back to a meaningful cause is even more special.
As a business we have committed to support a charity very dear to us, Breast Cancer UK.
Cancer statistics state 1 in 2 of us will develop cancer over their lifetime, however, when it happens to you it becomes much more than a statistic.
Our founder Bill relates "In 2023, our family was faced with a word no one ever wants to hear – cancer. My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer, and while, with God on her side, she overcame it, we know firsthand how difficult this journey is—not just for the person diagnosed, but for the family around them. This is why we will always support others wherever we can."
Cancer is Just a Word
This personal experience is the essence of our motivation to support Breast Cancer UK. This support comings in two forms:
Profit Share – At the end of the financial year, Kane Selection will donate 3% of the business profit at year end.
Fundraising – Kane Selection commits to one charity fundraiser each year to raise funds directly for Breast Cancer UK.
Awareness Support – Kane Selection will spread the word across our social networks. Sharing posts to raise awareness about breast cancer, encourage early detection, and challenge the stigma associated with the disease.
By taking personal responsibility and supporting Breast Cancer UK, we hope to help to create a future where breast cancer is a thing of the past.
