As a Business Development Manager, you will spearhead the growth of the Northern market, taking charge of achieving annual sales targets and driving broader business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Utilise your sales expertise and industry knowledge to meet and exceed regional revenue goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their technical and commercial needs are met.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, effectively managing long-term consultative sales cycles and immediate customer requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Analyse market trends to inform and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated success in selling high-value capital equipment within the Material Processing industry or substantial experience in heavy construction equipment sales.
  • Location Flexibility: You must reside within or be willing to relocate to the specified states (a relocation package is available).
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth understanding of the Material Processing sector, focusing on aggregate and sand-washing solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to build rapport and negotiate with clients at all levels.
