Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Sales and Market Growth: Expanding market share and revenue by managing a dedicated sales team.
- Strategic Leadership: Coaching and holding the sales team accountable for covering all identified opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Building solid, management-level relationships with crucial and prospective accounts.
- Industry Representation: Representing the company at industry events and associations.
- Field-Based Role: Spending most of the time in the field with the sales team to drive revenue.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: Minimum of three years in sales management within heavy equipment or related industries.
- Sales Expertise: Proven success in growing territories and achieving sales targets.
