Title: Field Sales Representative – Municipal, Construction & Landscaping Equipment

Location: Remote (USA) – Open on Location | Regular Travel Required

A leading manufacturer of multi-purpose equipment used in municipal maintenance, construction, and landscaping is looking for a Field Sales Representative to support and grow their North American dealer network. Their machines are used year-round for snow removal, sweeping, mowing, and general maintenance across airports, municipalities, and industrial sites.

The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment sales and dealer development, with strong technical knowledge and the ability to build lasting relationships across a multi-state territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for the dealer network, providing sales support and product knowledge.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers to expand market coverage.
  • Assist dealers with RFQs, product specifications, and customer proposals.
  • Conduct on-site demos, product walkarounds, and training sessions for dealer sales teams.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events.
  • Work closely with the factory team to provide market feedback and product insights.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in field sales, dealer management, or business development within equipment, machinery, or related sectors.
  • Technical understanding of municipal, construction, or landscaping equipment is preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop new dealers and support existing partners.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a large, multi-state territory.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the US.
