Territory Sales Manager – Mid-Atlantic

HVAC – BMS Division - Sensors

Location: Candidates can be based in either MD, VA, NC or SC

Territory Covered - MD, VA, NC, and SC

The company is a leading OEM of control system technology (HVAC). Due to its expansion, it requires an additional Territory Sales Manager to succeed in Maryland, Virginia, and the Carolinas.

About the tole:

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will succeed in growing the Mid-Atlantic market. You will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets and driving broader business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth within a defined territory
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market share.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in the HVAC/BMS space.
  • Work closely with internal technical and support teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of external sales experience in HVAC/BMS or related industries.
  • Have Experience Managing a Territory $50m+
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven ability to generate and close new business.
  • Experience managing large territories and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
