The company is a is a family-owned and operated distributor of residential and commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.

About the tole:

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will succeed in growing the St. Louis market. You will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets and driving broader business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth within a defined territory
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market share.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers at Contractors, Dealers Facilities Managers etc.
  • Work closely with internal technical and support teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of external sales experience in HVAC or related industries.
  • Proven ability to generate and close new business.
  • Experience managing large territories and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
