Key Responsibilities:

As the Vice President of Sales, you will be critical in shaping the strategic direction, enhancing the company's market presence, and leading sales initiatives across North America and Canada. This position offers the flexibility to be based anywhere in the USA, reflecting the company’s adaptive and inclusive approach to leadership. Key responsibilities include:

  • Devising and implementing sales strategies in alignment with the company’s dedication to sustainability and innovation.
  • Leading a dynamic sales team environment conducive to learning and professional growth.
  • Building and maintaining pivotal relationships with key accounts, including primary national and international sand and aggregate producers.
